A man in Lahore was arrested by police for wearing a burqa and pretending to be a woman, 24 News has reported.


The incident took place in Lahore’s greater Iqbal Park, where the burqa-clad man was waiting to meet his lover.

The park’s gardeners became suspicious of the burqa-clad man’s gait and gestures, informing the police of their suspicions. The man was then promptly apprehended by police officers.
