Lahore Qalandars granted a fan’s heartfelt wish this week, bringing a young cancer patient face to face with the team’s captain Shaheen Shah Afridi.

Farzan, a young boy from Qila Didar Singh in Gujranwala, had shared a video message expressing his wish to meet Shaheen Afridi a few weeks ago. The Lahore Qalandars management decided to grant him his desire, inviting Farzan to the ground as a special guest to watch the team in action.

Shaheen Afridi and Sameen Rana met Farzan at the ground. Shaheen presented him with a personalised jersey bearing his name, signed it, and took photographs with him. Farzan also watched the Lahore Qalandars match from the enclosure.

Farzan and his father thanked the Lahore Qalandars management for the gesture. 

His father also expressed his best wishes for Qalandars owner Atif Rana and Sameen Rana.
