Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Mohsin Naqvi has not yet received a formal invitation from the Indian government to attend the Indian Premier League (IPL) final on May 31 at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
Reports suggest that Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif will make the final call on whether Naqvi travels to India, but that decision hinges on a formal invite first arriving from the Indian government, which has not happened yet.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) Board meeting is also scheduled for May 30 and 31 in Ahmedabad, where Naqvi is set to represent the PCB.
However, his participation in both events remains uncertain for now.
